CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You must present your event ticket to enter the event.

You may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (less the booking fee noted at the time of purchase) if you can no longer attend the event. This is limited to instances where:

• you request a refund at least seven (7) clear days in advance of the event; and

• you send your request to us via email (tickets@spifoxtoo.co.uk).

You will not be entitled to a refund for any request made within seven (7) clear days of the event.

Any refund will be limited to the face value of the ticket price (less the booking fee noted at the time of purchase) and will be made to the bank account that was used to purchase the ticket.

We reserve the right to amend our refund policy at any time.
